Jordan Hamilton PhD
Coach | Teacher | Student
The summer of my freshman year in college, I was prescribed anti-depressants. It did not make sense. I accomplished a lifelong dream of playing Division 1 basketball, had supportive family and friends, and no obvious reason to be unhappy. But I was. Instead of taking the pills, I decided to explore alternatives. I read every book on self-help, meditation, and sports psychology I could get my hands on. The more I read and consistently practiced techniques, the better I began to feel. My performance in the classroom and on the court improved. After graduating college, I continued playing basketball professionally overseas and exploring the human potential. After my career came to close, I pursued a PhD in Positive Organizational Psychology at Claremont Graduate University to learn the science behind the principles and practices that had improved my life. For the past 4 years, I have been combining personal experience with relevant research to assist individuals, teams, and organizations in improving their well-being, performance, and overall human experience. And loving every moment of it.
Mission
My mission is to empower individuals, teams, and organizations to maximize their human resources. I believe that the human potential remains our greatest untapped resource and in order to meet the challenges of tomorrow, we must first understand who we are today.

Services
Coaching
Coaching is for individuals who are feeling called to transform. They know intuitively it is time to make a change and are seeking guidance.
Groups
Healing happens in community. As helpful as individual coaching and work can be, integrating growth happens with others.
Teams
The pandemic has changed the nature of work forever. While remote work and hybrid models offer flexibility to employees, working in a virtual environment comes at a cost; the loss of human connection. Human connection acts as a buffer for burnout, emotional exhaustion, and overall health. Organizational trainings offer solutions to improve employee well-being, engagement, and connection through evidence based trainings. Past trainings topics include, Everyday Mindfulness, Play at Work, Flow at Work, and Workplace Well-Being.
